Cancellation Policy

SAFE Security DIY is committed to provide our customers the highest value in products and services. Upon ordering your SAFE Security DIY alarm system, you also accepted a monitoring service agreement. Please review the agreement to understand the terms and conditions of service. If you determine to return the alarm system and cancel the monitoring service, you must follow the cancellation requirements indicated in the service agreement.

Equipment Return Policy

To receive a refund Customer may return the alarm system equipment in good condition within fourteen (14) days of the initial delivery date to Customer. The return package must be postage paid, and postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery date to:

Customer will not be eligible for an equipment refund, if any is due, and the monitoring agreement will not be canceled until the returned alarm equipment is received at SAFE Security DIY in good condition. Customer may be required to provide proof of delivery. A $49.99 per system restocking fee will be assessed and debited from Customer’s account.

Term of Agreement:

The initial term of the Agreement shall be thirty-six (36) months, commencing on the date product is delivered to Customer. The Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-year renewal terms (or as allowed by State law), until Customer submits written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the initial term or any subsequent renewal term.
